Tibetan singing bowls are placed on and around the body, the sound vibration helps to aid deep relaxation, relieve stress, energise and balance the mind, body and soul.

Sound therapy instruments are played around the body to induce deep relaxation helping the mind , body and soul to help stimulate is own natural energies to rebalance and

re-energise itself.

When you arrive we will discuss the instruments you wish to have played during your session.

One to one session 1 hour £25

Group session 1 hour £20 per person ( 2 persons)

Sound therapy instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Native American drums, gongs, etc are played while you lie down on a yoga mat, to help induce deep relaxation helping to relieve stress, energise and rebalance the mind, body and soul

Gong Baths are a non intrusive sound resonance therapy the beautiful sound of the gongs being played while you lie down helps to induce deep relaxation helping to release stress, energise and rebalance the mind body and soul.
